the URL links in the notes fields work fine - provided that you only want to reference a file. However if you want to invoke an application, then the file:// syntax also attempts to parse the parameters (after the "?") as part of the filename and generates and error.
file:///../../Wikis/MyWiki/MyWiki.wiki?page=MyWiki when attempting to access this gives the error "could not execute file", where as if I remove the parameter - it opens perfectly. I come back to my request that there should be a user definable list of URL's that MLO just "hands off" to, and lets windows sort it all out.
