Thanks for this creating this mock up, Tim, that's EXACTLY what I had in
mind.

And while the topic is still the start/due date UI, I think it make sense to
have the field "Lead Time" ABOVE the checkbox for "Lead Time". It put the
whole related Start/Due/Lead in a single 'UI unit'.
