Yes, Andrey. Your drawing below shows exactly what I meant. However, thinking a little more about it, maybe it makes sense to have the "Use Time" checkbox the FIRST thing (before 'start'). At least for me, I always go for "use time" first thing (or end up selecting a date, selecting 'use time' and going back to add the proper time to the date...)
