Have you got a mismatch of hotkeys set in MLO itself to what MLO Hotkeys thinks you are using.. Did you run the reg file as per instructions? MLO hotkeys needs to know what hotkeys you have set in MLO for ToggleMLO and RapidTask hotkeys to work.
