I'm wondering if others have the following issue and what to do about it: when I drag and drop an Outlook email item into MLO and then move the Outlook email item to a different folder, the link from MLO no longer works.
Here's my typical scenario: - process email inbox in Outlook - if an email has an action, I drag and drop the email into MLO to create a task - I then either file the email in an appropriate directory or delete it. This is to keep my inbox clear. So then the problem is that in MLO, the Outlook link doesn't work, because the email item has changed locations since I dragged it into MLO. NOTE: I just noticed that this issue happens with Outlook2003. Outlook2007 doesn't seem to have this problem. So maybe the question is: Is there a way to get this to work with Outlook2003?
