Ah, my Outlook2003 is running on exchange server and Outlook2007 is not. So exchange server is what makes the difference.
It is unfortunate that the link doesn't work with exchange server. I would like to believe that there must be some way to uniquely identify Outlook items on exchange server (that is not folder specific). But giving up that hope, it would be nice to have an option in MLO that tells it to not include the Outlook hyperlink in the task notes, as it is basically useless and wasted text for me. Thanks.
