1. The hotkeys for expand / collapse entire outline (default F6 and F7) should work in Rapid Task Entry > Parent... and Move To dialogs. To be consistent, Bookmark shortcuts could also work.
2. The Advanced Filter calendar could default to the current month and day, and select date and month on edit. The month currently being selected in both cases is October 2007. Not a big issue but seems "unfinished". [Workaround: train yourself to use the "today" spot.] 3. The sort order is reversed for Filtering when Group by Top Level Parent is used. (Ascending sorts descending, and vice versa) Not a big deal, since it's easy to use the opposite sort order but this is an obvious bug. 4. Parsing key for goals could be nice. (such as -n, -w, -m, -y) [Workaround for weekly goals is the hotkey.] 5. Help for input parsing should list the acceptable keywords for the - c switch 6. Changing capitalization on View name can't be done. For example, renaming zTest to ztest gives an error message. [Workaround: change the name twice] 7. Marking an item completed in ToDo no longer keeps that item selected. (Allowing changing of date completed and other attributes.) This is particularly annoying if you want to key track of how many items are completed on a certain day, and you didn't mark them completed on that day. 8. Duplicating a task does not copy formatting attributes. 9. There could be an easy way to expand the entire outline to Level 1, etc.[With multi-item select there is now a workaround: collapse entire outline, select all top-level parents, and expand as desired] 10. Changing the name of the view used for Outlook Synchronization breaks the Outlook Synchronizations settings. [This probably isn’t worth fixing since this error would occur rarely and there is an easy workaround of manually changing the name. Perhaps a comment could be added to the help file though] 11. When doing branch synchronization, only contexts relevant to that branch should synchronize. Currently ALL contexts are carried over into the branch. This seriously limits the practically of branch synchronization, since team members don't really want everyone else's contexts in their MLO but instead only the ones that are in the synchronized branch. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
