Thanks. But this leaves me wondering if it's actually reasonable to run MLO on more than one machine. The only strategy I can think of -- tell me if this sort of thing is a dumb idea -- is to leave MLO always running on my desktop, and syncing automatically to Outlook from that machine. If I use something like Windows Live Mesh to keep a synchronized copy of my .ml file on my laptop, then (ignoring the small time lags) I'd have a copy on both machines that's always sync'd to Outlook. Is that reasonable?
