Thought, that maybe I somewhere missed the point within MLO, but now it's clear to me, that you've used a 3rd party program to generate this nice looking icon bar. Will probaly have a closer look to Macro Express during the next few days... Just in case, would you probably be available to sharing your (MLO) macro code? Independently from that... I found your setup (order of columns, etc) pretty interesting... Though it really differs a lot from mine... Always amazing to see, how others are organizing their MLO system.
