I've used Dropbox to sync my MLO file across computers for a while now and it works great. In fact, I have MLO itself installed (via the zip file) in my Dropbox folder so I can get at it no matter what computer I am on.
Another option is to use Live Mesh (https://www.mesh.com/) which is very similar to Dropbox but offers more free space and the added bonus of being able to specify any folder as 'meshed'. You can also sync directly between computers; in other words, you don't have to have files sync'ing up into the cloud - it can selectively do peer-to-peer. It's pretty neat. It also has a 'Live Desktop', which is kind of a cloud based Windows desktop running in your browser (sounds a bit lame, but it's actually surprisingly impressive). In a coming version of Mesh you'll be able to drag and drop files between your real Windows desktop and your Live Mesh desktop. Pretty sweet. Finally there's Remote Desktop built-in, so you can connect to and control any of the devices in your mesh as if you were sitting in front of it. For all of Microsoft's faults, Live Mesh truly is a visionary and innovative product IMHO. I'm surprised it doesn't get more attention. Wouldn't it be awesome if Mesh were built directly into Windows 7 for completely seamless integration (it's pretty seamless now, though, TBH)? Dropbox does have one thing that Mesh doesn't though: file version history. However, there's nothing to stop you having both installed to reap the benefits of each. Oh, and Mesh doesn't work with Microsoft's own ISA authenticated proxy, whereas Dropbox does (kind of ironic). I'm behind an ISA proxy here at work, which means I can't use Mesh. Annoying in the extreme!
