I have been using tracks at http://getontracks.org/ . It requires your own web server, runs on ruby on rails, and is not easy to set up. It is cumbersome in that regard but the fact that you can now use the free hosted version at www.mygtdify.com, and that it is a web app, is a big plus.
I am considering a switch to mlo. Has anyone that has used tracks regularly ever migrated to this? I'm concerned mostly that I can't yet tell if I can enter notes or attachments with the thumb drive version. I'm also having trouble with sync since internet access for me requires a special proxy configuration.
