To the best of my knowledge you cannot sync two computers. I have been able to do it using the mobile app as a go-between but its pretty complicated and was not worth the effort for me. The best thing I can think of is to have MLO at home and work open the file directly from your USB drive, that way you will have one file that is accessed in both places.
