Thanks for the feedback Preacherman808, Well that's pretty much the way i have been doing it. I actually have MLO installed on my USB and run it at both locations. And just in case there is an scheduled back as soon as i logon which backs up the whole USB in a minute so to minimise any potential loss of this 'critical' data :) Regards Dave
