I think I forgot to answer your original question. As for how i use
MLO Mobile, I work primarily from my laptop but when i am going to be
away from a workstation (i.e out shopping for the day or out in the
firld where pulling out the laptop might be a problem, I pull out the
phone and use the task organizer feature. If i am sitting in a
waiting room, I might open the "brainstorming" tasks and jot down
ideas in my little leather binder. If i am heading to the grocery
store i will sort by "shopping" or "travel" so I can remember any
little tasks that I can get done while I'm out. If i'm heading to my
mothers to fix something I will pull up the "maintenance" tasks so I
can fix anything else that's been on my do list while im in my jeans
and boots.

All in all, it really is a great program and the more time you spend
on it you will find more uses for it and more ways to use it that way
YOU work. The best thing about MLO desktop and mobile is that Outlook
forced me to think the way they wrote the software, MLO allows me to
work around the way I think.

Hope all that helps.
