I should use MLO a lot more effectively than I do, but the reason I use it is:
- Instantly available on my work laptop to add/review a task - Task hierarchies as deep as I like - Add notes to tasks - Pop-up alerts - Different contexts/locations The instant responsiveness is critical - if I'm going to use a program every few minutes, then it needs to work faster than I can. I use Treepad as a KB for the same reason - on my desktop, always there, no waiting. That's one reason I like the iPhone 3GS - compared to virtually every other smartphone I've owned, I never actually have to wait for it (I'm sure the latest HTC WinMo devices are this fast as well). I *should* also use features that I saw as important, such as: - Automatic task list generation, from - Task prioritisation and urgency Although I used this when I first stared, I've just lost track of this, so regrettably I'm not really using it to it's full potential, OR correctly following GTD :-) D --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
