Am I missing something but is it quite difficult/impossible to have a view which is the same as the Active filter but which includes items in the future and which ignores the Start Date and the Complete Sub-tasks in order? The problem with trying to do this with the All filter and then applying Advanced filters is that the All view contains all sort of items (eg Parents) that are automatically excluded by the Active filter and which are quite difficult to emulate in the Advanced filters.
