No, because what I want to see are:
Next Actions OR Actions that are due soon.

I.e., When I decide what I want to work on next, I'm overhwelmed by
"Available Actions" (too many actions) but if I choose Next Actions, I
won't see something that is overdue if it's not a Next Action.

IF I choose Action Filter: NextAction then I don't see those "overdue
but not next" actions.
