Well, I do not have google tool bar due to restrictions on my workstation. The idea of 'always on top' window is to put it on top of the screen. And as it is narrow (one line) it covers part of a window's title bar only. Usually I place so AIMP2 (player like Winamp) on top of the screen and it does not cause any inconveniences. By the way: it is easier to change reminder window according to the proposal than to make google/yahoo!/opera/vista gadget. IMHO of course.
