Hello there,

I would like to know how you guys track other's responsabilities.

I mainly use MLO to track, among other things, other coworker's
responsabilities (projects) by assigining a specific context to them
but when I want to do a follow-up on those specific "projects" with my
boss, I create a subtask for that project "Follow-up/Discuss X with Y
regarding bla bla bla". My problem is that MLO would only show in the
To-Do view those projects without any action defined and so these
follow-ups to make those responsabilites "disappear".

In order not to lose focus/visibility (I must see those projects) I've
created a folder called Agendas and I dump all those small follow-ups
into that folder but that's little unconfortable because this way I
lose the "stake in the ground" as David Allen names it.

Anybody there wanting to share methods for tracking responsabilities?
How do you track other's responsabilities?

Note that for me a project is much more than a "Waiting for" item. I
associate "waiting fors" with actions pending therefore I can't use
waiting fors or at least I don't feel confortable with isolated
waiting for actions.

Thanks,
