If someone is doing one sub-task in my project, it's "David - write
the introduction." If they are doing the whole project, it's "David -
write ABC user manual." If I need to talk about it with them, they
get their own context. If I need to talk about them with my boss, they
get my boss's context. So, they might have two names for context. If
I am waiting on their task to do a task of my own, I use "complete
tasks in order" and use dependencies and @WaitingFor.

Anyway, I never have problems with items not appearing where I want
them. I think the key is that I use a context for "David" and for my
boss, whereas you use a context for "David" and a subtask for your
boss.
