When you drag an appointment from Outlook to MLO, it creates a task with an automatic reminder. The problem is that the task is created with the Due Date and time being the end of the meeting and the Start time or lead time as the beginning of the meeting. This causes the reminder to pop up 15 minutes before the end of the meeting. So if it was an hour long meeting, you will get the reminder 45 minutes into the meeting.
Would it be possible to change it to the Due time is the Start time of the meeting? That way the reminders would work correctly and if we needed lead time to prepare for the meeting we could set it up as normal. Thanks.
