It is working as described, but not as I think would be prefered.

A task has a due date of when it is, well, due. The lead time is how
much time you want to have to prepare for it.

A Calendar item has a due date/time of the meeting completion, and a
lead time of meeting start. So in your example, in MLO the meeting
would show the meeting would be due at 11:30, when it was actually
starting at 11:00. Since MLO does not have a calendar function to
track time, we don't care how long the meeting is, just when it
starts. I think we should treat it like a task. I would prefer,
again using your example, that a 11:00 to 11:30 meetting would have a
due time of 11:00 opposed to 11:30. That way if I need lead time to
prepare for the meeting, I am changing the lead time, not the duration
of the meeting.
