Each view has a setting called the Action Filter in the top left for
whether you want to restrict it to Active Tasks, Available Tasks, All
Tasks, etc. Try changing to All Tasks and see if you see them (that
tests your filters)...then switch to Available, which is probably
what you want. I think available means they aren't completed and
they aren't hidden, IIRC. Active will only show ones that aren't
dependent on anything else and are past their start date, which is
most likely the issue for why you aren't seeing them since most views
default to the Active filter.
