Star a project, set the to do list to group by project. The group doesn't show the star.

Goal: star or flag a smaller subset of projects; create a view to show those projects and the tasks. If I star or flag a project it seems of no use in the to-do list because I can't pull out starred or flagged projects, only tasks (meaning I'd have to flag or star each task!).
