Hi, I have one workflow problem with using MLO and Outlook. GTD recommends having day/time critical tasks in your calendar. MLO can be used to set day/time critical tasks in MLO, but I would prefer seeing them in my Calendar since it gives my all day/time critical things in one place. However, placing one time critical task from an MLO project to a Calendar creates an out of sync situation because I now use two systems for time critical tasks. The workaround would be to set the task that comes after the time critical task to start after the task in calendar has passed, but this is not so elegant.
So, it would be great if I have created a task in MLO with date/time, this task would, when synced with Outlook, automatically show up as an event in the Outlook Calendar. When the date/time specific Outlook Calendar event has been deleted (done) or something, it would also remove the task in MLO. Maby this has already been done? Maybe I haven't set-up my Outlook Calendar to show date/time specific Outlook tasks? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MyLifeOrganized" group.
