Hi, at the moment, there is no easy way to sync between Outlook calendar and MLO. You can sync only between MLO and Outlook tasks. There are some possibilities for solving your problem:
- use some outlook utility/plug-in for automatically copying tasks to calendar=creating appointments from tasks (however I would say the results are the same as to manually copy it, as I doubt you will be able to sync changes anymore with MLO), I saw such a plugin but I forgot it - try google it. - sync and filter only "date critical" tasks in Outlook and view them in calendar view in Outlook, than you can arrange to view both calendars paralelly - appointments and this filtered tasks view side by side - however the easiest way I personally use is to use MLO for tasks, ticklers and subjective/personal deadlines, and Outlook for appointments, hard dates, meetings with people, and hard/most important deadlines. You can always see both side by side. Daneb On May 8, 3:19 pm, Thomas <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > > I have one workflow problem with using MLO and Outlook.
