Hi I am unable to tell from your screenshots what your issue is. All I can tell is that you have selected the Active filter for one screenshot and then the Next Actions filter for the other screenshot and that you got different results, which is what I expect would happen 99.9% of the time.
Perhaps this is not a bug, but a misunderstanding of what the Next Actions filter does? In the MLO Help file, it states the following for the Next Actions filter: "To be placed on the list of Next Actions a task should meet all the criteria listed for Active Actions. However only one (first) active task for each project is placed in the list. Note: If there are Active Tasks without parent project then only first task for each root task is selected. Note: If a project does not have open tasks then this project itself is also placed on the To-Do list as Next Action" So Next Actions are Active tasks, but not all Active tasks are Next Actions from the definition of those terms from MLO's perspective. If you did understand this distinction between the Active and Next Actions but still have an issue, please provide additional information so that this community might be more helpful in resolving your issue.
