I really need this to have the concept of people.  I know I can use
contexts, but then I can only sort contexts by one level.  So if I use
a context pattern for users, and a context pattern for clients, it
becomes kind of difficult.

What I would really like would be filterable, sortable, custom
fields.  I think that's come up before though, and not picked up, so
what would it cost me to just have you make a custom version for my
office, or just add user/client fields?  Will you do custom work?    I
love the software, but it's almost impossible to fit my 8 person
office into for collaboration...
