Dear Sir,

I tried to search mylifeorganized.net website hoping to find some link
which will help solve my problem but I couldn't, so I send this
message here.

I purchased 24 months cloud sync service and was charged on Mar 9th,
but I can not set up the synchronization so far and every time I tried
I got the message "unkonwn login or incorrect password". Which means
my account was not set up so far as I guess.  I don't understand
what's wrong here or why it takes so long to set up my account. I send
3 emails to [email protected] but never got a reply.

I wonder if some one can help me with this. FYI, my email for the
cloud sync ID is [email protected]
