Reply from poster..... Ok - still not my answer, BUT could end up being as
close as I can get? Here is what I can do: I could change the way I use
Outlook. When I have an email that I want to flag with a reminder or a task
--- instead of flagging it, I set up a Quick click task - that will create a
task in a To-Do List folder that CAN be synchronized with MLO. ( For some
reason the My Task Folder choice - the one with the flag icon next to it, in
Outlook.... is not a stored folder. Each To-Do item ends up in a folder with
other folders in Outlook. Hopefully everyone understands what this is about
- is hard to explain how Outlook functions or is set up!).

At least with this solution I can then use MLO synchronization feature to
get ALL task into MLO.
