Hi, It looks like your system does not have some important components which are used by WiFi sync module.
Please install this update recommended by Microsoft: http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=5638 This is the "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package". Usually all the required dlls already installed in the system but in your case you need to install them manually. Please confirm that the issue resolved. Andrey.
