I'm a little puzzled by the 'enter PIN' message you are looking for. It does not sound like a WIFI connection - it sounds like bluetooth. (MLO does not sync by bluetooth) In order to enable WIFI sync you would typically turn on wifi sync at Windows, find out the IP address of the Windows machine (MLO will tell you) and enter that address into the WIFI setup on the phone. This only works if the Windows machine and the phone have each connected to the Internet by on a wireless (802.11) connection, and if they are both connected to the same router.
