If I put the different branches in different files, MLO will not pull all 
active tasks from all branches into a single to-do list, though, will it?
 
If it will, I have not problem putting them in different files.  But if it 
won't make a unified to-do list, then it totally defeats the purpose of 
having the "advanced" and "intuitive" to-do organizer.
