Hey Alexandra,

1) MLO is installed to the main memory of the device.
It's installed to the main memory. With previous phones space was a
premium, but the current phone that I've been using for the last
couple years doesn't have this problem.
2) MLO files are also created in the main memory.
MLO files are all created in the main memory, to speed things up and
keep things simple. For what it's worth, I do get a 'File Already
Exists' error when trying to use the 'Save As...' option, even though
the name of the file is distinct.
3) did Cloud sync ever work on this device? if yes -after what updates
Cloud sync stopped working
Cloud sync has been working on the same device for the last year and a
half. I don't recall that I did an update, it just started acting odd
by requiring that I select the 'Synchronize' button 2x before it
would actually connect on the second attempt, then more recently it
stopped syncing altogether. I've tried reinstalling several times,
clearing out all the MLO registry information after an uninstall with
saved settings failed to have any effect.
Generally speaking it feels like something has gotten gummed up in
some registry or .ini file that's affecting operations... though I
have no way to confirm or deny. As mentioned previously, connectivity
is not an issue, nor are login credentials... It's almost like
something on the back end of MLO PPC Sync services have been corrupt
and need clearing out to set things right.

Here's hoping this might provide some insight!

4) any other details that might help to debug the issue.
See #3.
