I am not sure whether I understood the whole problem. But indeed I am using
this feature every day. I created a view with advanced options which shows
exactly the tasks I want to see in outlook. I gave it a name, could select
it in your menu "MLO To-Do view" and everything works fine. In the advanced
options you can also select whether the tasks shall have a certain context.
Hope this can help you...

Regards,
Udo
