I'm not sure I understand the difference between an outline-view and a plan
to-do list. I created the view called "Outlook" by simply right-clicking
on the views and choosing "New View" from the pull down menu. I originally
created the "Outlook" view in the "My Views" section and then dragged it up
to the "Outline" views section when it didn't appear in the sync pull down
list.

No view I create appears in the Outlook sync pull down list. Thank you
for confirming that something is wrong with how MLO is working for me.
