My apologies for going even further off topic but I can’t help myself. I skipped Vista, going from 95 to 7. I think it will be my last Windows. If I want something that will make my computer act and look like a huge phone I will get an Android tablet.
Vista is what happened when MS engineers built the OS they wanted to build rather than the one their customers wanted to use. 7 is what happened when crashing sales made MS remember to talk to their customers. I think 8 is what happened when they built another one that they wanted to build. I don’t know anyone at all who said, I really wish Windows would offer live tiles on touch screens.
