I've faked up a screenshot (attached) to try and show what I mean. I can already show the estimated effort at each level.
However I want the estimated effort to be *calculated *from the levels below it. And I want completed tasks to be excluded. Then I can see at a glance which branches of my project have work to be done, and how much effort is required.
