>From any view, tap on the view name to bring up a list of views. In that list there are little lines to one side of each view -- you tap and drag the lines. You still have to go to another view first, I don't know of any way to put it on the home screen. But if you leave it running in the background you don't really need it anyway, just go from one view to another.
