Hi, When I started MLO at work yesterday morning, as I always do, I got this dialogue asking if I wanted to update to the latest version. Sure! Why not? I always do. But what I did not realize was that by updating to V4.0, I was downgraded to trial-user. It is fair enough that they want pay for a new major release. But now I am stuck there! I cannot do my daily tasks, like copying and pasting templates, since I am in trial-mode. And I cannot go back to V3.6, which I have paid for. I am not even sure my data-base will support it. At the time I do not have the time to learn all the new ways of V4.0. And I am certainly not happy about being forced to upgrade! Unfortunately, I don't have the old install-file stored. This all turned out to be a major disappointment! Shame on you MLO!
