Hi Alexandra, It appears that your re-installing v3.6.3 from the link supplied, and the re-synchronizing with cloud solved my problem. As far as I can see, all my data is still intact, including changes made after I tried to install v4.0. I still think the consequences and possibilities for going back should be better communicated. If they where, I would be spared a lot of panic-ish emotions over the potential loss of work.
I do not know if this problem is solvable for those that are not subscribed to Cloud. But at least it did the trick for me! Thanks Alexandra! PS: I'll check out v4.0 at a later stage, on a different computer. Hopefully I find it worth while to make the transition when the situation is less stressful at work.
