Hello, I have the same problem than Ellen. I just have bought the latest version of MLO-Android. I've tried wifi sync with MLO-Windows v.3.6.2 and v.4.0(trial). I've checked all the things you say, but it doesn't work. Always the same message: "Cannot connect to this PC. Please make sure that PC and your device are connected to the same WiFi network, the latest version of MLO-Windows is running on PC, MLO WiFi module is installed on PC and your firewall configured correctly to unblock MLO."
Can someone help us?
