Thanks for the replies. Question is now answered. I do have to purchase a license for each android device. That's sad since most android apps only require you to buy it once. So, it would cost $50/60 for the windows software, then $10 for each device. I'll have to consider what to do. It does seem to be a very capable software, though.
Btw, MLO does seem to work well on Kindle Fire HD. I have the trial version on there now.
