Jim, I have tried so many different organizers, task managers, and MLO is head and shoulders above the rest. I've been keeping up with questions in the forum and they are very active and helpful
It saves its licence fee every month in terms of time saved, peace of mind knowing that everything is captured and nothing gets forgotten (not necessarily completed but not forgotten!). I agree that the mobile licencing should be more flexible but definitely worth doing particularly when you have location tasks set up). I wish I'd paid for the full version years ago and the latest version is so much better! Btw, I also pay for the cloud sync and that is a great help. When I think about how much time it saves me and how organised I am now compared to before, an extra $10 is neither here nor there!
