@Lisa,

Sorry, I don't know if it notifies you when you run out of zaps - I'm
signed up for the Basic Plan. Though, having used it for a number of
months, Zapier seems like a pretty clued-up and reliable service so I'd be
surprised if there wasn't some kind of notification.

@Dwight - Yes, it's not free unfortunately but I'm on the $15 dollar a
month service and, for what I need and the time it saves, I can live with
it for now.

If cost is a consideration then there is a free Google Apps script that
does a similar "Gmail Label --> Email" function at
http://www.harryonline.net/evernote/new-version-of-gmail-to-evernote-script-creates-link-to-gmail-in-evernote/406

but it's for emailing to Evernote . I used it for a while and it does the
job but I was using it only for Evernote. Haven't tried it but I don't see
why you couldn't just enter an MLO email address instead and see what
happens. I'll probably try that myself at some point in the future but just
got a lot on the go at the moment.

> Joe, thanks for this tip, it sounds exactly like what I would want to
use. I got stopped, though, by the price. For those who have not been to
the vendor’s website yet, there’s a free version but its limited to doing
100 things per month
