Hi Ronen,

Do you mean Day 1 - A; Day 2 - B; Day 3 - C; Day 4 - Rest. Then repeat?
If so, you can set up 3 tasks for each Workout and schedule them to Recur
every 4 days starting on Day 1 for A, Day 2 for B and Day 3 for C.

You might be better to put these into your calendar or a spreadsheet so you
can see them. MLO is only going to show you when the next workout is due
and you will need to complete each one to auto-schedule the next. I can't
see much value in trying to put dependencies between them all to chase your
tail (dependency cycling).

If you miss a day and need to reschedule, you just need to change the A/B/C
Start Dates in the Recurrence dialog box (Properties, Timing & Reminder).

Cheers,
Peter.
