Steve: I was about to write an answer to John, but you seem to have covered it very nicely.
Just one comment, if the tasks you want in a particular view are all in a single project or folder and you zoom in to that project or folder, I don't think you need the filter on ProjectName. The advantages of eliminating the filter (and just using Zoom) are (1) it's a little simpler to set up, and (2) less chance of enciuntering the disappearing task Veran reported. Is there an advantage of the filter that I'm missing? -Dwight MLO Betazoid & Moderator Via k@mail on sgn2 On Sep 16, 2013, [email protected] wrote: >Yes Steve, your way to do it is far better than mine ! >I'll try it today. >Thanks ! > >Veran > > >Le lundi 16 septembre 2013 11:57:51 UTC+1, Steve Gledhill a écrit : >> >> have a similar need and I use Projects and Filters rather than >contexts. >> >> My instructions are step-by-step: please don't be put off by the >number of >> steps.
