I'm using MLO since years for a good reason: it's probably one of the best, if not THE best task outliner on the market. What I especially like is that the synchronization between mobile and desktop app works flawless in both directions. And that includes recurring tasks, which is where other apps frequently have problems or limitations. While there is still room for improvement, MLO is an excellent application. For newbies I recommend to read David Allens 'Getting Things Done' book for better understanding of the concept - you will get more out of MLO.
