Hello Christoph, I wouldn't use User Voice as a bug tracker - It has a critical flaw in that new items don't have any votes so they get lost at the bottom of the list with all the unpopular user suggestions.
The forum is definitely the best place to post your bug reports. You can check, from the replies, whether your bug report has then been picked up by a beta tester and transferred to the beta tester's bug reporting site, which is hosted on JIRA. I should say, though, that Alexandra in MLO Support is very efficient and you can be sure that she'll pick up any bug reports that you send to the support email address.
