I am having trouble filtering my to-do list .. I set it to "Next Action"
but the first task in each project is displayed, regardless of the setting
of the Urgency & Importance
I have double checked to make sure that:
1) Complete subtasks in order is NOT checked
2) The Urgency & Importance is set correctly
3) There are no start dates, end dates or goals set for the tasks
Example:
Proj1 - Complete subtasks in order is NOT checked
subproj1 - Complete subtasks in order is NOT checked
Task 1 -- Urgency 10, Importance 10
Task 2 -- Urgency 200, Importance 200
Task 1 comes up as a next action .. what am I doing wrong???
